The KLEE exam pattern 2026 for LLB consists of 120 questions spread across four sections namely general English, general knowledge, arithmetic and mental ability, and aptitude for legal studies. The KLEE LLM syllabus will have 200 objective questions from different areas of law. As per the KLEE marking scheme, each question in KLEE 2026 will carry 3 marks while there is a negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer. The exam duration is two hours.

The KLEE LLM exam pattern 2026 for LLM will be of two parts of 120 minutes duration. The KLEE LLM exam pattern consists of 200 objective questions spread across ten sections from different areas of law. According to the KLEE LLM marking scheme, each question in KLEE LLM 2026 will carry 3 marks, while there is a negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer. However, in the event of failure to answer a question, ie, no response is indicated against a question, no deduction from the total score will be made.

As per the KLEE exam pattern, the qualifying marks for KLEE 2026 are 10% for candidates from the general and SEBC categories and 5% for candidates from SC and ST categories. However, there are no qualifying marks specified for KLEE LLM. Only those candidates will be eligible to participate in KLEE 2026 counselling who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the KLEE 2026 exam.
