The Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra (CET Cell Maharashtra) has opened the MH CET law 2025 application form for 3-year LLB on December 27, 2024. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website- auth.maharashtracet.org. The deadline to fill the MH CET 3-year LLB application form is January 27, 2025. The MH CET law 2025 application form for 5-year LLB will be released soon. Earlier, the CET Cell Maharashtra published the MH CET law 2025 exam date notification on its official website - cetcell.mahacet.org for MH CET 3-year LLB and MH CET 5-year LLB programmes. The MH CET 3-year LLB exam 2025 will be conducted on March 20 and 21, 2025, while the MH CET 5-year LLB exam 2025 will be held on April 4, 2025. The CET Cell will tentatively open the MH CET law 2025 application form in January 2025 in online mode. It will conduct the MH CET law 2025 exam for admissions into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programs of participating colleges in Maharashtra. MH CET law 2025 will be conducted in online mode separately for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. Candidates have to appear for the exam and then register for the online MH CET law 2025 counselling process to gain admission into the participating MH CET law 2025 colleges. There are around 16240 seats for 3-year LLB and 10860 seats for 5-year LLB in the MH CET law 2025 admission process.
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test - Law or MH CET Law is a state-level law entrance exam conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra. Through MH CET Law 2025 candidates will be admitted into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes of participating colleges in Maharashtra. The CET scores are accepted by around 150 law colleges in the state. A total of 147 law colleges accept MH CET law scores.
Through the MH CET 3-year LLB entrance exam 2025, candidates are admitted into the 3-year LLB programme of participating colleges. There are around 16240 seats available for 3-year LLB. The syllabus of LLB CET 3 years includes sections on English, GK, legal and logical reasoning. The four sections are spread across 150 questions, each carrying one mark.
Through the MH CET 5-year LLB exam, candidates are admitted into 5-year LLB programmes of participating colleges. There are around 10860 5-year LLB seats available through the exam. The MH CET 5-year LLB syllabus has sections English, GK, Legal and Logical Reasoning and Mathematics. The MH CET 5-year LLB also has 150 questions, each carrying one mark. However, the weight distribution for each section is different.

The MH CET law 2025 admission process consists of various stages such as issue of the MH CET law notification, the opening of the application form, releasing of the admit card, conducting the exam, publication of the merit list and conducting the counselling process. Yes, As long as the candidate has qualified at their 10+2 level they are eligible for the exam. Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra prescribes the eligibility criteria for MH CET law while announcing the admissions. The candidate needs to qualify for their 10+2 level with minimum marks. For different categories the minimum score is different. All India Category, General, EWS or Orphan candidates - 45% SC and ST of Maharashtra - 40& VJNT, SBC and OBC of Maharashtra - 42%.

You haven't clearly mentioned the exam you are enquiring here. From what you have specified we understood that you are enquiring regarding MH CET 3 year LLB Entrance Examination. If this is the exam you are enquiring here then if you don't appear for the entrance examination you will not be eligible to get admission in to a law school accepting MH CET 3 year LLB course. The fee paid towards the application will not be refunded to you if you want to claim. The application fee is non refundable. These are the consequences of not taking MH CET 3 year LLB exam.

There is no age limit to give MHT CET LAW exam so you will be eligible for the exam. The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Maharashtra has released the application form of MH CET law 2022 for 3-year LLB programme on March 24, 2022. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information. The last date to submit the application form is April 7 for 5-year LLB MH CET law 2022, and April 12, for 3-year LLB. The MH CET law 2022 application form for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB will be available on the official website of CET Cell cetcell.mahcet.org.
