Symbiosis International (Deemed University) will prescribe the SLAT 2026 eligibility criteria on its official website. The SLAT eligibility criteria 2026 includes requirements pertaining to the minimum qualifications, minimum passing marks, age limit, reservation, and any other relevant points. At any stage during the SLAT admission process, if candidates are found to not satisfy the SLAT exam eligibility, then they will be disqualified from the admission process.

The university will conduct the SLAT 2026 in two phases, tentatively in December 2025 online at the designated SLAT 2026 test centres. SIU conducts the Symbiosis Law Admission Test to admit students into the 5-year LLB programmes of the four participating symbiosis law schools namely SLS Pune, SLS Noida, SLS Hyderabad and SLS Nagpur.

The four SLS colleges under the Symbiosis umbrella have different student intakes with a combined seat availability of 1080 seats. However, law schools also have a reservation policy as per government norms. The SLAT eligibility criteria vary across the reserved categories. Reserved category candidates are required to produce the relevant certificate to claim seats under the reservation policy. Failure to do so can lead to the admission being revoked. SIU will open the SLAT registration window tentatively on the 3rd week of August 2025. Interested candidates can submit the online application form at set-test.org. To complete the application form, candidates will be required to provide important details such as personal information, educational qualification, and communication details. While registering for the SLAT 2026 candidates are also required to pay the registration fee of Rs. 2250 as well as an additional fee of Rs. 1000 per programme per college.
