Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has notified the complete TS LAWCET 2026 exam schedule on its official website - lawcet.tgche.ac.in. TS LAWCET 2026 will be conducted on May 18, 2026, online on behalf of TGCHE. The exams will be conducted separately for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB in multiple shifts on the same day. TGHCE will conduct the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test for law admissions in over 30 law colleges in the state. The TS LAWCET scores will be accepted by these colleges in filling 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB seats. There are around 5000 LLB seats offered through TS LAWCET 2026. Of these, there are around 3600 seats in the 3-year LLB and around 1600 seats in the 5-year LLB. TGCHE has opened the TS LAWCET 2026 application form on February 10, 2026. The application form is available online on the official website - lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates must pay the application fee and then register on the official website, fill in the details, and upload the required documents.
The exam authorities will issue the TS LAWCET 2026 admit card in online mode on May 12, 2026. The TS LAWCET hall ticket 2026 will be issued in online mode. The hall ticket is a mandatory document that must be carried to the exam hall. It contains important details such as the candidate’s roll number, exam date and time, test centre details, reporting time and more.
Osmania University will conduct TS LAWCET 2026 on behalf of TGCHE on May 18, 2026. The exam will be conducted in online mode at designated TS LAWCET 2026 test centres in 17 test cities across the country. The TS LAWCET 2026 exam pattern will test the candidates on general knowledge and mental ability, current affairs, and aptitude for law.
The TS LAWCET provisional answer key 2026 will be released on May 23, 2026. The answer key helps candidates calculate their probable score in the exam. Candidates will also be provided with an opportunity to raise objections against the answer key within a particular time window. After considering the objections, the authorities would release the final answer key of TS LAWCET 2026 tentatively on June 5, 2026.
TSCHE will declare the TS LAWCET 2026 result tentatively on June 5, 2026. The result will be declared on the official website - lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates can access the result by using their hall ticket number and date of birth. The results will be prepared as per the TS LAWCET 2026 final answer key. The minimum qualifying mark for general category candidates is 35%. There is no minimum qualifying mark specified for candidates from the SC/ST category.
The authorities will commence TS LAWCET counselling 2026 after declaring the TS LAWCET result. The counselling will be conducted in online mode. Candidates would be required to register online and pay the registration fee. Only those candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks will be eligible for ranking and completing the TS LAWCET 2026 counselling registration. The seat allotment would be published based on the ranks obtained by the candidates and the preferences given by them.
