The Bar Council of India (BCI) has started the AIBE 21 registration process on February 11, 2026. The AIBE 21 registration link is given on the official website, but it is yet to be activated. Candidates can expect the AIBE 21 registration link to be activated shortly. Eligible candidates can apply online for AIBE 21 (XXI) through the official website: allindiabarexamination.com. The direct link to the application form will be given below. The last date for AIBE 21 (XXI) exam fee payment and correction in the registration form is April 30, 2026. The AIBE 21 (XXI) admit card will be issued a few weeks before the exam. The AIBE 21 exam will be conducted offline on June 7, 2026. The AIBE exam fee 2026 is Rs. 3,500 for general and OBC candidates and Rs. 2,500 for SC and ST candidates, including the bank charges. Final-year law students (without backlogs), law graduates who have not received their degree and graduates who have received their degree but have not enrolled or have surrendered their enrolment certificates are eligible to apply for All India Bar Examination.

While filling out the AIBE 21 application form 2026, candidates must provide details such as bar council registration number, education qualification details, communication address, etc. Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination in offline mode at exam centres across the country. Candidates who want to apply for AIBE must have registered with a state bar council and obtained the enrollment number. Before filling out the AIBE form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the AIBE 21 eligibility criteria. The AIBE eligibility criteria include the requirements pertaining to minimum education qualification, age limit, and enrolment. As per a significant judgment delivered by the Supreme Court of India on September 20, 2024, candidates who are in the final year of their law programme and don't have any backlogs are also eligible to complete AIBE registration. According to the revised AIBE 21 eligibility criteria, final-year law students and candidates without an enrolment certificate issued by the State Bar Council are eligible to register for AIBE 21.
