The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has extended the deadline for AP LAWCET application form 2026 to March 20, 2026. Candidates who miss out on the AP LAWCET application form 2026 deadline can submit the form later by paying a late fee. The APSCHE has started the online applications for AP LAWCET 2026 from February 12, 2026 onwards. Candidates can submit the AP LAWCET 2026 application form online from the official website. APSCHE conducts the AP LAWCET 2026 exam for admission to 3-year and 5-year LLB courses in law colleges across Andhra Pradesh. AP LAWCET 2026 exam will be held on May 4, 2026. The AP LAWCET 2026 will have 120 multiple-choice questions on subjects such as general knowledge and mental ability, current affairs, and legal aptitude. Each question will carry one mark.
Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test, also known as AP LAWCET, is a state-level law entrance exam conducted by Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati. AP LAWCET exam is accepted for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
The online-based AP LAWCET 2026 exam will have three sections as mentioned below:
Around 35 law colleges and universities will participate in AP LAWCET 2026. The law colleges of Andhra Pradesh offer BA LLB-5 Years, BBA LLB-5 Years, BCom LLB-5 Years and LLB-3 Years through AP LAWCET 2026.
