National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) has opened the AILET 2026 application form window on August 07, 2025 for both 5-year LLB and LLM programmes. Interested candidates can fill the AILET 2026 registration by visiting the official website of NLU Delhi: nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The direct link of the application form has been provided below. The last date to submit the AILET 2026 application form is November 10, 2025. The admission notification for AILET 2026, including application details, eligibility criteria, and important dates, is also available from August 07, 2025. Before filling out the application form of AILET, candidates must go through the AILET 2026 eligibility criteria. The AILET 2026 registration fee has been slashed this year onwanrds. The AILET registration fee is Rs. 3,000 for general/OBC candidates and Rs. 1,000 for SC/ST and PwD candidates. The university has revised the AILET 2026 exam date. Now, NLU Delhi will conduct the AILET 2026 on December 14, 2025 from 2 pm to 4 pm in offline mode.

Students planning to appear for the AILET 2026 exam must fulfil the eligibility requirements specified by NLU Delhi. The AILET 2026 eligibility comprises requirements like educational qualification, minimum marks, age limit, etc. The detailed AILET eligibility for 2026 has been given below:

Candidates are required to upload the prescribed documents when filling out the AILET exam form. The step-by-step process to successfully submit the AILET application form 2026 has been given below:

The first step in the application process is completing the basic registration. Candidates can complete their AILET 2026 registration by logging on to nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates must click on the “Register” button on the homepage. Upon clicking on the “register” button, applicants will be directed to the registration page of AILET 2026 wherein they will be required to enter their name, mobile number and email address. After entering all the details, candidates must click on the “Submit” button. Students will be sent their registration number and password on their registered email address and contact number upon clicking on the “Submit” button.

Once the registration is completed, candidates can move on to fill out the detailed application form for AILET 2026. To fill out the detailed application form, applicants must log in to the candidate portal of AILET with their login credentials. Upon logging in to their AILET portal, candidates will be required to enter the following details:
Personal information: Name, date of birth, category etc.
AILET 2026 exam centre choice: Select three exam centre choices.
Contact details: Add your detailed contact details like address, state/UT, district, city, pin code.
Family details: Enter your parents’ names, occupations, mobile number, email etc.
Academic details: Applicants need to add detailed academic details like class 10 and 12 school, marks obtained, year of passing, percentage of marks etc.
Applicants will also be required to upload scanned copies of their signature and photograph. It must be noted that the photograph and signature must be uploaded in the format specified by the authorities. The format of the photograph and signature to be uploaded by applicants has been given below:

Payment of Application Fee
The final step of the AILET 2026 application process is the payment of the registration fee. Students must make the AILET 2026 registration fee payment before the last date of submission to be eligible to appear for the exam. Candidates can complete the AILET registration fee 2026 in any preferred mode of online payment like credit card, debit card, net banking etc. The AILET 2026 application fee has been mentioned below:

Candidates, after making the application fee payment, are advised to take a printout of the payment and application confirmation page. The AILET 2026 application form will be successfully submitted after the payment of the application fee.

NLU Delhi will issue the AILET 2026 admit card on November 30, 2025. The AILET admit card is a mandatory document that every candidate needs to carry with them on the day of the exam. The hall ticket will comprise important information like date and time of exam, exam centre name, complete address of the exam centre, reporting time, and exam instructions.
