What did the Delhi HC order on CLAT PG 2025?

Currently, the bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela has supplied the judgment copies to the advocates of the petitioners. The judgment copy has also been uploaded on Delhi HC’s website. The bench of two judges has made revisions in two questions of the answer keys, withdrawn one whereas for one question it upheld consortium's answer. The detailed questions and revisions have been given in the table below. The judges also pointed out the excessive fee charged by the consortium for CLAT 2025 objections and applications. They also ordered the consortium to take cognizance of this matter and act accordingly. Also, the bench clarified that despite the petitioners not challenging any of the eight questions through the CLAT 2025 PG objection raising window, the court has still entertained them.

CLAT PG Answer Key Revision after HC verdict

CLAT PG revised results date 2025

The CLAT PG revised results date has not been specified by the CNLU yet. However, in the judgment copy of CLAT PG 2025 by Delhi HC, the court has asked the consortium to publish the revised results swiftly. Also, the admission process has been hugely delayed so announcing the revised CLAT PG results 2025 will be first priority of the consortium.

When will CLAT PG counselling begin?

The CLAT PG admission process has been delayed by more than six months now. The consortium usually starts the counselling in December itself shortly after the declaration of results. However, this time around due to multiple petitions filed in different courts related to both CLAT UG and PG, the process has been delayed. Given the urgency, the consortium of NLUs will commence the CLAT PG 2025 counselling as soon as the revised results are declared.
