The Delhi HC pronounced the CLAT PG 2025 judgment on June 6, 2025. During the CLAT PG hearing, three questions were under consideration. The Delhi HC has ordered changes in the CLAT PG answer key to two of the questions while accepting the consortium’s answer to one question. The CLAT PG judgment will cause a significant change in the CLAT PG revised result. In this article, let’s look at how the CLAT PG result will be revised due to the CLAT PG High Court verdict.
The Consortium of NLUs is expected to notify the revised result and restart the CLAT PG 2025 counselling process soon.
The Delhi HC has changed the answers to two questions from the master booklet (Q. no 21 and 98) while rejecting the candidate’s objection to one other question (Q. no 57) in the CLAT PG verdict.
Another question, Qno 56, which was part of the candidate’s petition, was not considered by the court as the Consortium decided to withdraw the question due to technical problems.
Q no in Master Booklet | Details | Answer as per the Consortium | Answer as per Court |
21 | Question on passage based on the nature of employment/ industry | B | C (Answer Changed) |
57 | Question on passage based on GST | A | A (Objection rejected) |
98 | Question on passage based on rights and duties | A | B (Answer Changed) |
It is important to note that in addition to three questions considered by the Delhi HC,5 questions have been withdrawn by the Consortium of its own volition. These withdrawals of questions will also cause a change in the CLAT PG revised result.
Particulars | No. of Questions | Details |
Answers Changed | 2 questions - | Q. 21 and 98 |
Questions Withdrawn | 5 questions | Q. 56 + 4 other questions withdrawn by consortium after consultation with candidates |
No change | 1 question | Q. 57 |
