    Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) will release the TS LAWCET cut-off 2025 on its official admission website - lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in. The TS LAWCET 2025 cut-off will be available as the closing category-wise rank for different colleges separately for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. The TS LAWCET 2025 result has been declared based on the final answer key on June 25, 2025. Osmania University conducted TS LAWCET 2025 on behalf of TGCHE on June 6, 2025. Read on to get all the details on the TS LAWCET cut-off 2025, including previous year cut-off trends.

    Only those candidates who clear the cut-off for TS LAWCET 2025 will be able to secure admission. Through the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test, candidates will be admitted into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes of participating colleges in Telangana.

    Factors Influencing TS LAWCET Cut-Off 2025

    The main factors that will influence the cut-off for TS LAWCET 2025 are the following-

    • Difficulty level of the exam: The more difficult the exam, the lower the TS LAWCET cut-off will be

    • Seat Availablity: The number of seats available will also impact the cut-off. The more seats, the lower the cut-off.

    • College preference: Each college's TS LAWCET 2025 cut-off will vary depending on how many candidates prefer them during the TS LAWCET web option entry. Colleges highly preferred by candidates will have higher cut-offs than those not among the top choices.

    What is the TS LAWCET Qualifying Cut-Off?

    Candidates from the general and OBC categories need to score above the TS LAWCET 2025 qualifying cut-off to be ranked. If they score below the TS LAWCET qualifying cut-off 2025, they will not be able to participate in TS LAWCET counselling 2025 considered for admission. The qualifying cut-off in TS LAWCET 2025 is 35% marks. There are no minimum qualifying marks required for SC/ST candidates.

    It must be noted that the TS LAWCET 2025 cut-off and TS LAWCET qualifying cut-off are not the same. While each college fixes its cut-off for TS LAWCET 2025 based on the factors mentioned above, the TS LAWCET qualifying cut-off is decided in advance by the authorities.

    TS LAWCET 2025 Tie Breaker Rule

    Candidates obtain the TS LAWCET 2025 seat allotment based on their college preferences and ranks in the exam. The candidates are ranked based on the score obtained in the exam. However, if two or more candidates obtain the same score, the following tie-breaker rule will be applied to rank the candidates.

    • Candidates with a higher score in Part C of the TS LAWCET 2025 question paper will be allotted a higher rank.

    • If the marks of candidates in Part C are the same, then marks obtained in Part B will be considered.

    • If the tie persists, the candidates will be bracketed together for ranking and senior candidates in terms of age will be allotted a higher rank.

    TGCHE will publish the college-wise cut-off on its admission website separately for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. The TS LAWCET cut-off will be updated in the section when the official figures are available.

    You are on a border line which is very close to last years cutoff at kalatiya university college of law and Mahatma Gandhi law college belonging to bc-e category you might get seat here if cutoff trends is same as last year but definitely you are not going to get

    Am a native of Karnataka & even now at present i live here. From 2014-16, i was in Hyderabad to do my pg. & after that i have never been to Telangana & so not a resident of Telangana. But now i got 585 rank in ts lawcet & at the time when i wrote the exam i thought non local could mean outsiders can also write the exam. But now the tslawcet eligibility rules kinda state wrt non local, if you arent a native but you still ought to be a resident of Telangana!! So am i even eligible to apply for ts lawcet counselling?
